Shipping Policy

We ship our products all over the world, however courier companies do not deliver only to the P.O. addresses, therefore we request you to kindly provide us your complete house address along with the zip/ pin code.
Our deliveries are generally made during normal hours on working days. In any case if it happens in USA and some other countries that if no one is available to receive the parcel, then our courier agents will leave the parcel with the neighbor.
In such case our courier agents DHL / FEDEX / TNT / UPS / Speed Post etc will not be able to get the signature confirmation.
In order to make sure that no such issue arises, please ensure that there is someone to receive the parcel when the courier delivery is attempted.
We do not make any shipments on Sundays or any public holiday as our courier partners does not pickups on those days.

About shipping dates

With each and every product, you can see a delivery date on the right side. That is an estimated delivery date based on the availability of items. However those dates are just an estimated idea and those dates may get pre-pond or post-pond depending on the availability and non availability of the items.
In any case if you want quick delivery, then we suggest that you pick items from our “Ready to Ship section”. But even if you have chosen an item from the normal section then you must mention while placing your order that you want us to expedite your shipping dates, so that we can take the appropriate measures for that.
If you are ordering for any big occasions like wedding, then we would suggest you to keep a good margin of at least 30-40 days to avoid any kind of trouble.

About Transit Time

Please make it sure that you provide us the correct and complete postal address with the correct PIN CODE / ZIP CODE. We cannot be held responsible for delay in shipping resulting from wrong or incomplete address details.
We use fastest courier services like DHL, FedEx, SpeedPost etc. Therefore the transit time usually is not greater than 4-5 working days. This time duration may likely to be increased due to unavoidable situations like custom clearance or any such other situation.

Many a times it may happen that you may receive your order in multiple parcels. This happens mainly because sometimes we partially ship your order, due to the variance in the availability of different items you order.
Please note that all the parcels are shipped from India and Anubha Creations Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any kind of delay in delivery by the courier company and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier service.
We proudly announce that we offer FREE SHIPPING to any part of India. In India our courier partners are Blue Dart / First Flight / Trackon / Professional etc. These are the renowned and quickest delivery provider companies; hence, it does not take more than 2-3 days to get your item delivered to you.

About tracking details

After your order being dispatched from our India’s office, it may take upto 2 working days to get your tracking details. You can find your tracking details under the "Order Status" link on the website.

How delivery charges are calculated

Shipping cost differs from product to product. However the shipping charges are not visible along with each product, instead it is calculated at the checkout price.
For all the Indian customers, there are no shipping charges as the shipping is free.
For the world wide, the shipping cost is either flat (per item basis) or it is as per the total weight of your order. The shipping charges also depend upon the distance of the shipping country from the shipped country. We need to round up the weight to the next 500 grams in order to match up with the policies of our shipping companies. International shipping and handling rates are based on the size of your order: i.e. the larger you order, the lower the rate you get.

About VAT and Custom Duties

Anubha Creation Pvt. Ltd. will not be held responsible for any kind of custom duty applied by your country as per their custom rules.
VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are beyond our control. Every country has their own rules and regulations regarding VAT and Custom/Import duties. Therefore any such duties, if charged by the government of your country, shall be paid solely by the customer as these duties are not a part of our ordering process.
Billing and Shipping Address: - Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills from the credit card company. The shipping address is that address where a customer wants to receive their shipment.

Address Change Request

Once your order is registered with us, you cannot make any changes in it. However, if you want any changes in your shipping address then within the 24 hours of placing your order you can mail us at info@twistlook.com regarding the same and we will do the needful.

Incorrect or incomplete address

Please note that some courier companies charge fine wherein the address and zip code do not match. If any case such situation occurs wherein you have provided a wrong address then it’s absolutely your responsibility to bear any penalty charged by the courier company. In order to avoid any such situation, it is better to ensure that you provide the correct shipping address.

Time to Ship

In most of the cases, your order is processed just within 48-72 hours of placing it. Ideally you can receive your order within 15-25 working days of placing your orders.
