Information about the Product:

We try our best to display the accurate colors as well as the descriptions of our products but still our products are visible worldwide and the color contrast of every one’s computer may differ. Therefore sometimes there is a slight possibility that the color of certain product which you see on our website may differ from the actual color of that product.
All the sizes and measurement mentioned in the size chart are just an approximate general idea. The measurement charts just act as a guide for the buyer. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to give the correct measurements in order to get the dress stitched as per their size.

In order to avoid any kind of disappointment, it is advisable for you to be very sure about the certain dress style, fabric and the exact size before placing your order.

Points for Return and Refunds:

•    All the stitched dresses are customized as per the specific customer’s measurement size and it can’t be sold further. Therefore there will be no return, exchange or refund in case  of stitched dresses. They can only be sent back to us for repairing, if possible.
•    If the buyer finds any kind of damage in the goods then he/she should inform us via mail, attaching the pictures of the damaged goods within the 24 hours of receiving the parcel. If the buyer is not able to do so, it will be understood that the buyer has accepted the goods and we are no longer bound for a return or refund.
•    The shipping amount for the returning of the damaged product will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. The goods should be returned fresh, unworn, undamaged and unaltered with original packing, uncut tags, hanger and the protective cover wherever required. In case of return please keep in mind that the goods should be returned in the same condition as it was shipped. There will be no refund if there is any kind of stain or torn piece.
•    You need to provide the tracking number within the 3 working days of the return shipment, in case you fail to do that we have a right to refuse your return.
•    After we receive the returned item, we will rectify those errors which caused dissatisfaction to you and then ship it back to you.
•    The payment of the return shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please confirm with us our shipping details first then only ship back the item to us.
•    In any case if you want to cancel your order before it is shipped to you then you need to pay a 'stop production' fee of 45% of the total value of your order, no matter at what stage of production your order is.
•    In case of any refund, the 6% card processing fees will also be deducted.
